If you've used our tracked return service with Royal Mail, you can use the unique tracking reference (found on the postage receipt) to track your return throughout its journey back to us.
Once we have received your return, please allow us up to 5 working days for your refund to be processed.
After we've sent an email confirming your refund has been processed, please allow a further 7 days for the funds to clear in your account. If the funds have not cleared after this time, please contact us at info@eqvvs.co.uk so that we can look into it for you.
