Unfortunately, Free Returns isn’t included within your EQVVS Unlimited subscription, but you can follow the link here to go straight to our Returns portal with Royal Mail and return your items at a fixed cost of £2.99. To make it easier, we’ll just deduct the £2.99 from your refund.
