Something not quite right?
Making sure you get the best possible service is what we do, so if you notice an item on your order is faulty within 28 days of purchasing, please get in contact with our friendly customer service team here prior to returning the item.
They'll then send you a free returns label, making your return nice and easy. Once the item has arrived back at our warehouse, we’ll then be in touch to let you know the next steps.
Please note, if an item has been worn and is being returned as faulty, it may need to be sent back to the manufacturer for inspection.
Just a reminder to include the following information:
- Your order number
- The faulty item name and product number (you can find these on your order slip)
- A description or image of the faulty item, if you think it will better explain the issue.
