For purchased made at either of our two stores (Lincoln & Mansfield) the returns policy is the following:
"Goods that are not faulty may be exchanged or a credit note issued within 28 provided they have not been worn, have original tags and accompanied proof of purchase. We cannot accept the return of underwear or earrings. This does not affect your statutory rights. "
