We are based in the UK and currently don’t cover the cost of returns for our international customers (unfortunately, our tracked return service with Royal Mail can only be used to return UK orders).
For international customers, we strongly recommend using a fully tracked and insured courier service. We also reccomend retaining the postage receipt and tracking the item on it's way back to us.

Once your order has arrived back at our warehouse, your return will be processed within a maximum of 5 days. We'll send an email to the email address listed on the order to confirm when your return has been processed.
EQVVS cannot be held responsible for any international returns that may be lost or damaged during transit.
