Sitting by the door waiting for your delivery?
We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as we can, so you can have your new clothes as soon as possible.
As soon as your order has been collected by DHL, they'll send the tracking information through to your email address. DHL will then send delivery updates as your parcel progresses through their international network.
If your order has not arrived when you were expecting it then please check the following:
- Check you have received an order confirmation email from us and check the estimated delivery date given on this.
- Check the tracking link via your order dispatched confirmation email to view the most up to date information on the whereabouts of your parcel.
- Sign in and check your account on the EQVVS website. Is your delivery address correct?
- Check for text messages, emails and attempted delivery cards from one of our couriers. Your parcel may be awaiting collection at a local delivery depot or you may need to re-arrange delivery.
- Check no one else residing at your address has taken receipt of your parcel.
Due to nature of International orders, we ask that you allow a few extra days after the estimated delivery date for delivery.
